Return Policy

Purchased from TAVO Pet Essentials Direct: 

For items purchased directly from the TAVO Pets website, please call our customer service team at 888.912.0375 to initiate the return process. Customer service is available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm EST.

Return eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
  • Returned products must be in new and unused condition.
  • You must provide an order number or proof of purchase.
  • All returns must be in the original packaging with all labels and all included accessories.

Refunds may be refused for products that have been altered, misused, or damaged by pets. We are not liable for incidental damage caused by animal behavior. Items returned in poor condition will be ineligible for a refund, and additional return shipping fees may apply.

Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and credited back to the original method of payment used to purchase the item.

At Tavo, we work to provide you with high quality pet products that fit seamlessly into your everyday life. If you are returning the Everett L Pet Cargo Crate due to vehicle fitment issues, we recommend contacting the Tavo Pets customer service team at 888.912.0375 for further guidance on installation before starting the return.

In addition to our standard return policy outlined above, the below terms also apply for all Everett L Pet Cargo Crate returns.

  • For each Everett L Pet Cargo Crate returned and approved by our inspection team, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining balance will be returned to your original method of payment.
  • Everett L Pet Cargo Crate returns may require a scheduled FedEx in-home pickup. Pickup fees are the customers’ responsibility and must be paid directly to FedEx at the time of scheduling or pickup.

Purchased from an authorized retailer or distributor: 

If you wish to return a product purchased from a Retail Partner, please contact the Retailer for their return policy.

If you have questions regarding usage, vehicle fitting, or pet fitting of the Tavo product you purchased through a Retail Partner, you may contact the Retailer or the Tavo Pets customer service team at 888.912.0375 for support.

Everett L Pet Cargo Crate Exception:

If you wish to return an Everett L Pet Cargo Crate, please contact the Tavo Pets customer service team at 888.912.0375. Everett L Pet Cargo Crate returns originally purchased from a Retail Partner must be handled directly through Tavo Pets customer service.

  • For each Everett L Pet Cargo Crate returned and approved by our inspection team, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining balance will be returned to your original method of payment.
